Free standing furniture for kitchens.
Individual pieces can be used to create the feel of an unfitted kitchen when used in combination with fitted work. Such pieces could include half barrel cupboard in an island and a full size larder cupboard fitted out to client specifications.

Individual commissions
Every so often, the opportunity arises to build a special piece for a collector and we have included some of this work below. The following pieces have been built for individuals to add to their existing furniture collection or sometimes as a special present for a birthday or anniversary. All the specialised timbers used below are plantation grown and FSC approved as we do not use any timbers from primary rain forests.
A sofa table in contrasting rosewoods in the Regency style.
A lady's Bonheur du Jour (writing desk) in the style of Louis XVI featuring a stationary section and pull out writing slide. Made in an Indian rosewood type, ( plantation grown sonokeling ) with gilded decoration and hand painted porcelain plaques by Simon Langley. This piece was bought by an overseas client and was shipped to the United States.
Bargueño in North American cherry and birch with rosewood detail. Can be used in any room in the home. For example as a food larder, or in the bedroom for linen. A photographer client of ours uses hers for all her camera equipment.
